Scheduled to arrive between 8 and 9 although in phone conversations the crew chief said between 7:30 and 8:30. They arrived at 9:17. The lead was ably assisted by two helpers who were very courteous and hard working. at 11:05 I ask the chief how much time was left as we had some minor chores yet to finish. He said 5 minutes. (I knew there should have been 10+. At the end of the 5 minutes I advised we still had a table to assemble and how much time did he need to add. He said half an hour. We completed all work by 11:20. Even though he was charging for time up to 11:52 (2.5 hrs from arrival) they were gone by 11:30. While the work was done and two of the three were quite helpful I would question the business ethics of the leader of this crew. Sometimes you don’t get what you pay for.

The crew was scheduled to arrive between 8 and 9 a.m. At about 7:50, they called and said they were about 15 minutes away. When they arrived, they did a quick walk-through of the house, unloaded their two-wheelers and furniture dollies and got after it. Two hours later -- as booked -- they had unloaded two PODS stuffed with our belongings, put the items where they needed to be and assembled a bed and dining room table -- in the early June Arizona heat. They were cheerful and courteous the entire time.

Over the years I have just had friends help me move or even picked up some people that were in front of uhaul to help me. -Introductory phone call within 24 hrs of your booking to review your job requirements -Professional customer service representatives to assist with any of your pre-move questions -A dedicated representative of our company to call if any changes need to be made.

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?

Introductory phone call from the crew 30 minutes before arrival -A crew that arrives on-time, ready to assist on your move -Uniformed crew members -tools, door jam protector and rug runner as well as a carton dolly and a furniture dolly. Basic hand tools for basic assemble/disassemble, that may be needed to move some items. -a walkthrough of your home with the crew to discuss your goals for the move.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?

-Please utilize the many years of experience of our service reps to assist with any questions you have leading up o your move -If you are loading, you will want to make sure you have all the right supplies to ensure a safe move. Our reps can help with your planning, but some of the things you might need are furniture blankets, rope, straps, mattress bags, tape and boxes Please make sure you label the side of all boxes for your new home. -If you are unloading, you might want to try to secure a packing.

With over 20+ years experience of successful moves, we have developed policies and procedures for all types of moves. Each crew member is given extensive in the office training on these policies and procedures. We also take all movers through an extensive hands-on training program in our warehouse that walks them through the proper way to pack, protect, carry, load and unload your belongings that are good for the safety of your items and all involved in the move.
