I had to change my moving day twice, and Marquis was extremely accommodating and easy to work with.
Marquis called me the morning of the move and kept me abreast of their status. They came as planned and were very friendly and hard-working.
They moved all of our belongings very quickly and efficiently. They did all the work with a friendly and positive attitude.

When they showed up they didn’t have the tools for the job if I didn’t have the tools they could not have done the job. I requested to have two desks put together and help with putting up my bed. It took them 2 hours to put up one desk and part of it was put up wrong also they left the box in my driveway. I was really upset with the service provided and would like to get a refund.

If you need movers, don’t call anyone else. Marquis & Jay did a fantastic job! They showed up earlier than expected & jumped right into some of the heaviest lifting of their careers. Overall Assessment
This was, without question, the worst moving experience my spouse and I have had based upon multiple interstate moves and three prior moves within the Phoenix area.
Were They on Time?
No.
I received a call at 7:30 a.m. advising they would arrive closer to 8:00 a.m. rather than the requested 7:00 a.m. start time.
They ultimately did not arrive until approximately 8:30 a.m.
Were They Prepared for the Job?
No.
Their late arrival immediately raised concerns regarding preparedness.
I had advised them in advance that the move could require additional time and that they should be prepared to work in the anticipated heat.
The primary reason I hired professional movers was to safely handle heavy items and, more importantly, to properly load and secure our belongings for transport. They failed to meet that expectation.
Did They Work Hard?
The quality of the work did not reflect professional moving services.
The POD was loaded inefficiently and improperly.
Available space was poorly utilized, resulting in an unstable and poorly organized load.
The overall execution suggested either a lack of planning, insufficient experience, or a disregard for doing the job correctly.
Were They Respectful of Your Property and Goods?
Absolutely not.
A table was placed upside down on top of a high-end leather couch, with the table legs pressing directly into the couch. They had removed the cushions.
As a result, the couch sustained significant damage, including torn fabric and damaged internal support components rendering it unusable.
This level of carelessness is unacceptable for professional movers entrusted with customers' property.
Would You Use Them Again?
No.
I would never use this company again and cannot recommend their services. Based on my experience, prospective customers should carefully consider alternative moving providers.
Final Observation
The service provided fell well below reasonable professional standards. The focus appeared to be on completing the minimum amount of work necessary rather than protecting customer property and delivering a quality moving experience.
