MY TWO HELPERS CAME ON TIME CHECKED OUT WHAT I NEEDED MOVED AND THE SIZE OF MY TRUCK AND GOT TO LOADING IN NO TIME. TWO BED ROOM HOUSE LOADED AND UNLOADED IN TWO HOURS NO DAMAGES NO MISSING ITEMS AND A LOT OF LAUGHS. DEFINITELY WOULD RECOMMEND YOU TO TRY OUT THIS SERVICE

The lead man of the crew was a no show. He sent someone in his place without giving us any notice. The crew that finally arrived were late - an hour past the scheduled window. The job was to wrap our furniture and load the truck for our 1900 mile journey across country. The crew had no defined lead person and seemed to have very little experience with anything related to moving. I had to constantly instruct them to be gentle with our belongings, properly protect our furniture, and how to load the truck. They struggled with the concept of heavy items on the bottom and lighter items on top. I had to correct them several times for doing the opposite. In the end the loaded truck looks like a junk heap. I have no confidence that our stuff will arrive undamaged. I cannot recommend this company or crew, and would certainly not use them again.
