They kept me posted on their arrival. They came prepared and started working right away. They were very flexible as far as shifting stuff around and taking direction. This is the first move where we did not have broken items or furniture. They were very careful of the walls and floor, etc. very pleasant to work with and overall extremely satisfied. The loaders that I arranged to have help me pack my PODS were over 2 hours late from the window that they agreed to be at my home. They also only sent one (1) mover when I requested 2. When the one loader arrived, he had no truck or floor dolls, so I had to loan him mine. The worker who showed ups was amazing, doing everything himself. I received a call from the loading company owner who offered to reimburse me a small amount from my bill, which was appreciated. I was several hours late driving to my new out-of-state destination as a result of the loaders arriving late.

I hired this company last minute to help with my long distance move and they were amazing.
