The loaders that I arranged to have help me pack my PODS were over 2 hours late from the window that they agreed to be at my home. They also only sent one (1) mover when I requested 2. When the one loader arrived, he had no truck or floor dolls, so I had to loan him mine. The worker who showed ups was amazing, doing everything himself. I received a call from the loading company owner who offered to reimburse me a small amount from my bill, which was appreciated. I was several hours late driving to my new out-of-state destination as a result of the loaders arriving late.

I hired this company last minute to help with my long distance move and they were amazing. I was worried about hiring any moving company after past moving experience but I saw the reviews and rolled the dice, one of the best decision I have made in this long distance moving process. The mover was so friendly and making sure everything was loaded in properly and I am very thankful nothing was broken in the process. I would use them again if I move back to the phoenix area. The gentlemen on this team were courteous, but did not handle our belongings with care. They damaged multiple items, including sentimentally-important furniture as well as tech equipment. This team cares more about speed than care when it comes to moving furniture, and now I am left working to restore the damage they caused to our household items.
