They were 2 hours late.
They asked for the tip before start of the job.
We provide them with packing blanket but they didnt bother to use them.
We have damaged items including brand new dining table and chairs which still have tags on them. There are punctures on the leather cushions and scrapes and impact damages on many places over the furnitures.
We would like to report to the damage claim department but there is no satifying responce. We can not even set up the password due to the no responce. We are very unhappy customers and still seeking to resolve these issues.
