Tim and his crew were amazing. They worked fast, efficient, and completed Tetris with our pod. They were friendly, communicative, and did an outstanding job. 100% would recommend them to everyone!

So happy to have had the much needed "young" help to assist with the unloading of a 26' Penske truck. Both guys were very hard working, easy to get a long with and followed directions well. I would definitely hire them again!

Well, what can .. first, they didn't show up on time (scheduled crew didn't show up because they said they couldn't get through the gate?) then 1800 number Hire a helper people called me asking me if they can rescheduled, I was in panic, the crew didn't even try to getting they just left ..then the manager Tim showed up ( super nice guy try to save the day by him self but but couldn't do much by himself we all helped him ) then , the back up crew show up 3:30 pm ( my original schedule was 11:00 /12 pm ) anyways, it was a horrible move, and plus broke one of my furniture. ( new table's legs..) ..

Mover's response:
Thank you- Please remember when your landline was disconnected from the wall and no one could call you? Remember how we showed you the orer and had no gate code? WE send 48hour Email and text confirmations, 24 email and text confirmations and received no response? Remember how we compensated time and materials in order to appease you. Who helped? Your man friend spent an hour putting a box together. The team had your whole pod loaded and were gone by 3:30pm. The table damage was accident when items are poorly built and we provided compensation and a solution but it seems you chose this review to be your solution. Remember when you offered us all a Tip and we refused to also accommodate for the damage to the poorly constructed desk? wonder how the other 99% of the move was and how 1 item is a 2 star. customer blocked for future work. Thank you

WE are a Niche Famiily Movers- We do not sub contract and we work very hard to provide service customers need and deserve

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?

your move team contacts you 30-40 minutes prior to arrival. Time starts upon arrival- not before. Your Team lead is an expiernced mover and your move team is a vetted and trained moving team

How should a customer prepare for moving day?

Boxes, boxes and more boxes. Have your items ready for load. Larger items and furniture we will manage when on site

What types of moves have you handled?

From next door to the house around the block to interstate moves to each of the 48 contiguous states & Cananda. Then somewhere in between too,

What's your favorite part about being a mover?

The customers, every day iis new and different. getting to know someone even under the most stressful of times and having a commonality during this time

What training do you provide your crew members?

Training, training, review and training, Monthly training meetings

Same Day Moves

We charge an extra 20% for same day requests.

Next Day Moves

We accept next day requests at our normal rates.

Refunding Unused Time

We refund up to one unused hour over our min..

Extra Hours

We can always stay at least 1 hour over the prebooked time.

Hand tools for assembly:
Standard reasssembly only, NO new IKEA in the box, (always included, no fee)

Plastic wrap:
Use of up to 1 bolt Professional Grade Shrink Wrap, for those drawers, doors and cabinets to avoid nicks and dings, ($25.00/ea.)
Rope:
up to 25'' length, (upon request, no fee)
