John and his crew were fantastic. The communications before the job was great, they called the day before and also the morning of the move when they were on the way. They were one person short and still completed the job on time. We moved from a 3rd floor apartment with a long hall from the apartment to the stairway (no elevator). They guys hustled from the start of the job to the end of the job. They loaded everything into our moving truck for the 2100 mile trip to Michigan. The load was so well packed that nothing shifted on the trip and everything arrived undamaged. I would highly recommend P.O.G Moving & Helpers to anyone looking for moving labor help. Thanks for the great service.

POG are actual mover super heroes. They literally saved the sale of my house from falling through. They came out for the job within a day and it turned out to be a week’s worth of work. I will most definitely hire them for my next move! And you should as well.

We hired two movers for two hours. The arrival window was 7-8am and they arrived at 7:45. They moved a little sluggish and didn't seem to have much experience in moving. One guy who was younger had headphones in during most of the move, so he didn't hear me when I gave him specific instructions about a few items and ended up doing it myself. He also dropped one of my fragile boxes with coffee mugs in it which probably broke but I'll find out when I unpack it. Overall, they were okay, but wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

Showed up right at the end of the two hour scheduled arrival time, but they got straight to work and made quick work of unloading the truck! Professional and polite. They had to go up three flights of stairs and didn’t bump anything. 5 stars!

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
WE are a Niche Famiily Movers- We do not sub contract and we work very hard to provide service customers need and deserve
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
your move team contacts you 30-40 minutes prior to arrival. Time starts upon arrival- not before. Your Team lead is an expiernced mover and your move team is a vetted and trained moving team
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Boxes, boxes and more boxes. Have your items ready for load. Larger items and furniture we will manage when on site
What types of moves have you handled?
From next door to the house around the block to interstate moves to each of the 48 contiguous states & Cananda. Then somewhere in between too,
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
The customers, every day iis new and different. getting to know someone even under the most stressful of times and having a commonality during this time
