One worker was on time, the other was late. Yes, they worked hard. Would I use them again? Probably

Crews have an hour window of arrival. Neither one of the men were late. One of them arrived 15 minutes early and decided to start working instead of sitting idle while waiting for the other. The job was completed given the allotted time. Management instructs crews to wait until all men are onsite before going to the door, but we are doers. Hardworking moving professionals who will stop at nothing to get the job done properly, safely and in the most efficient way possible. So we apologize for the inconvenience (if there was one) and would like to thank you for your business.

Chris & Tony are AMAZING!!! Polite, Courteous and Respectful. Relocated from CA to TX, what a challenge! They were very supportive during my move to unload two moving trucks with ALL my worldly possessions. These two gentlemen are far above all the rest!!

The loaders were great, very efficient, polite, friendly but all business—the way it was supposed to be.

My problem was with the scheduling. I received a Confirm that they would arrive between 9 and 10 A. M. I called on the 31st to verify the time but no one was available so I left a message confirming the day and time.

I called on the 2nd at a I0:30 A. M. And again no one was available so I called the alternate number and spoke to someone who said his information said between 2 and 3 P. M. I read my confirm to him. He said he would contact the teal and direct them to me ASAP. They arrived at 12:15. From that point everything went extremely well. However, we lost about 3 hours of time with the rest of the preparation. Scheduling needs fine tuning.
I still have the copy of the verification on 9 to 10 if you want to question my review.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?

You will receive a call from us to verify all the information on the work order, and go over any questions that you may have.

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?

A call when a crew is in route to your location. Once on-site we will do a quick walk-thru with you and get right to work.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?

Remove all the contents from any furniture that is being moved. If you have pets be sure to have a designate place where they can be kept during the move. If your moving date is draw to a close and you are have not fully packed you can always call us and we can have an experienced packer there the day before the move to help you be ready.

What types of moves have you handled?

We have moved everything from retail stores, offices and homes to fountains, music and sports equipment. We've also moved weddings, animals, college dorms, pods, pack rats, u-boxes, containers and a wide range of small trailers to big trucks. There nothing we have not seen before so if you have a doubt about an unorthodox situation don't hesitate to call us so we can offer a quick solution.

What training do you provide your crew members?

All of our crew member have at least 6 years of full-time moving experience, so you have a team of experienced, dedicated, moving professionals at your disposal for all your moving needs.

We charge an extra 20% for same day requests.

Next Day Moves

We accept next day requests at our normal rates.

Refunding Unused Time

We do not refund for any unused time.

Extra Hours

We can always stay at least 1 hour over the prebooked time.

We will always provide a furniture dolly free of charge., (always included, no fee)

Hand tools for assembly:

We will bring a genereal set of tools needed for assembly and disassembly., (always included, no fee)

We will always provide a hand truck free of charge., (always included, no fee)

Plastic wrap:

We provide a small roll of plastic wrap at no charge. If more is needed a large roll is $20.00, (upon request, no fee)
