We all know moving day is one of the most stressful days. Chris and Chris called to let me know they were 25 minutes out (and in the first half of the arrival window). They were polite and listened to my requests on what to load when. They were fast and used care with my belongings. I fully recommend them.

I could not have loaded my uhaul without Chris and Chris. They were on time, super helpful, and very respectful of my time and property. I have several very large mirrors that I could not get off the wall and they were quick to get them down carefully and even helped me wrap them for the move. The communication I received before they arrived put my mind at ease knowing for sure I would have the help I needed for my move. I would highly recommend them.

Nice guys, but not what you’d expect from a professional service.

Customer requested that we start an hour early so we arrived an hour early. We installed all the appliances and assembled the beds. Everything was moved carefully and placed where directed with no damage to any items or property. The crew was energetic, had a great attitude and finished this job with 45 minutes to spare. We regret that you were not completely satisfied with the service and we'll be contacting you shortly to get your input on how we can improve.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?

You will receive a call from us to verify all the information on the work order, and go over any questions that you may have.

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?

A call when a crew is in route to your location. Once on-site we will do a quick walk-thru with you and get right to work.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?

Remove all the contents from any furniture that is being moved. If you have pets be sure to have a designate place where they can be kept during the move. If your moving date is draw to a close and you are have not fully packed you can always call us and we can have an experienced packer there the day before the move to help you be ready.

What types of moves have you handled?

We have moved everything from retail stores, offices and homes to fountains, music and sports equipment. We've also moved weddings, animals, college dorms, pods, pack rats, u-boxes, containers and a wide range of small trailers to big trucks. There nothing we have not seen before so if you have a doubt about an unorthodox situation don't hesitate to call us so we can offer a quick solution.

What training do you provide your crew members?

All of our crew member have at least 6 years of full-time moving experience, so you have a team of experienced, dedicated, moving professionals at your disposal for all your moving needs.

We charge an extra 20% for same day requests.

Next Day Moves

We accept next day requests at our normal rates.

Refunding Unused Time

We do not refund for any unused time.

Extra Hours

We can always stay at least 1 hour over the prebooked time.

We will always provide a furniture dolly free of charge., (always included, no fee)

Hand tools for assembly:

We will bring a genereal set of tools needed for assembly and disassembly., (always included, no fee)

We will always provide a hand truck free of charge., (always included, no fee)

Plastic wrap:

We provide a small roll of plastic wrap at no charge. If more is needed a large roll is $20.00, (upon request, no fee)
