Team was very professional and helpful. Loading the truck can be better, loaded the smaller items first, lost more space and ended up doing two trips on a 20 foot truck with second trip having only 10 boxes :-(. It put us in tremendous pressure as the team can stay only for 1 additional hours.
Upon arrival we do an initial walk through with you to go over the details of the move. We encourage future customers to disclose all items that are to be moved when we do this initial walk-through. If once the truck is packed and we are done, you decide that there's an additional room that you want to move that was not previously shown to us, we can not be responsible for there being no space left in the truck for those items.
We will however work with you no matter the circumstances. In this case we made a second trip and still finished the job within the initially schedule time.

We moved on July 1, 2019 from Texas to Missouri. I went with Superior Service because they had excellent reviews and were highly recommended. On the day of our move, Chris and Troy were on time. I had scheduled for 3 hours, but the job ended up taking another hour and a half which they stayed until the job was completed. The reason I gave them two stars is what we experienced when we got to Missouri. The packing of the truck was not done correctly for this long haul (and they were aware we were moving out of state). A third of the boxes had fallen and many were crushed. Items did get broken and some of our furniture wasn't even covered (and we had plenty of furniture pads to use). We had roped to use to secure our items, but Chris said it wasn't needed. I feel our property and goods were just thrown on the truck to get the job done, and no care was given at all. As a result, I cannot recommend using this company.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
You will receive a call from us to verify all the information on the work order, and go over any questions that you may have.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
A call when a crew is in route to your location. Once on-site we will do a quick walk-thru with you and get right to work.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Remove all the contents from any furniture that is being moved. If you have pets be sure to have a designate place where they can be kept during the move. If your moving date is draw to a close and you are have not fully packed you can always call us and we can have an experienced packer there the day before the move to help you be ready.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have moved everything from retail stores, offices and homes to fountains, music and sports equipment. We've also moved weddings, animals, college dorms, pods, pack rats, u-boxes, containers and a wide range of small trailers to big trucks. There nothing we have not seen before so if you have a doubt about an unorthodox situation don't hesitate to call us so we can offer a quick solution.

What training do you provide your crew members?
All of our crew member have at least 6 years of full-time moving experience, so you have a team of experienced, dedicated, moving professionals at your disposal for all your moving needs.

We accept next day requests at our normal rates.
Refunding Unused Time
We do not refund for any unused time.

We can always stay at least 1 hour over the prebooked time.
