Had they loaded the truck the way I wanted, it would have saved a lot of time and space.

I called them at 08:00 am but they did not show until after 11:00 am. They did a good job but I did see where they had stood on a box or two to get the thing in the back of my pod. Overall a pretty fast move.

All the things that count to a single person trying to close out an apartment and move its contents 1200 miles alone in a rental truck -- they were all done excellently by Julian and his helper from All About You Moving. I have the highest recommendation for them. Good communication before the move; There when they said they'd be; Fast and efficient in moving the boxes and appliances etc out of the house; and knowledgeable about balancing my load for a long trip over icy roads. The were simpatico and polite, and got the job done a half hour sooner than the 2-hour minimum which was a big relief and got me on my way that much sooner. Professional all the way around. Bravo.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Our customers will receive a call from our customer relations manager or another manager. Our staff will give advice and tips to help make your move efficient and easier.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Our customer should expect a confirmation call from crew members if a call was not made by our office prior day before. Our customer in afternoon or evening moves will be getting call from our crew lead to give ETA. Our crews will be well equipped to move properly and efficiently with the right supplies and training.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Our customer should prepare by having furniture and items cleared and cleaned off. Wrapped and padded if they would like to save time. Our crews do not mind doing this one bit and are instructed to cater to your needs about priorities of what to wrap and protect with pads and shrink wrap. Keeping boxes stacked 3 high will help with moving efficiency. Labeling boxes on sides will help process of sorting boxes to desired rooms.
