I have nothing but great things to say about Convenient Lifestyles Moving. The crew was actually early and worked so efficiently packing my PODs. They took expert care of my furniture making sure everything was well protected. They were polite and respectful and all communicated very clearly. I will definitely use them again and will recommend them to my friends and family.

Disorganize and the packing of my container was not done correctly. They disassemble my entire bed and I mean the boards that hold up the mattress were taken apart. The packing of the container was not done correctly which I think my thing will shift once the container is moved so I am expecting a lot of my furniture to be damaged.

It luckily was a sunny morning in Florida with a high chance of afternoon showers, My 3 PODS arrived the day before and I needed the 4 men I reserved over a month in advance. to work quickly for the 5 hours I contracted. They arrived on time and understood all directions for blanket wrapping, taping and loading the items into the assigned PODs. They worked extra hard because one man did not show and called in that he "had an appointment." The company could not find another helper, so my daughter and I worked right along side of them! Everyone was respectful, polite and took care of my things. It was a long and frantic 5 1/2 hours to completion. Luckily they knew their stuff well! Will not know till open POD box see they packed right way so nothing is broken. Will let u know then. I can't rated now when driver came to pick we both hear sound of something breaking
