Very nice and efficient. We had placed most items to be moved in the garage prior to getting a truck. The helpers arrived on time, were careful with all our items and loaded the entire truck in just over an hour

I will not recommend this people, They were 3 hours 1/2 late, they didn’t know how to acomódate the furniture, they damaged 3 items the leaving room table ,The night stand and a white closet.
They went to buy something to drink on my time and they asked for cash to finish the job. While I was on the phone with the customer service of your company the lady was able to hear him asking me for money, they left because I wasn’t going to give them cash. I had to hire a second group of helpers from. VIP movers they were on time and very helpful due to their delay I had to pay extra for the truck rental . It was a total desaste.

Would hire this crew any time without hesitation! We had a last minute moving request (requested on a Sat for a Monday move - 2 days later). They were able to accommodate. Communication was very professional, kind and clear. Crew arrived on time with the cleanest, most organized moving truck I’ve ever seen. Great group of guys and respectful of our belongings.

Same two guys we had the day before. They were so good the first three hours the day before, we requested another two hours the next day. We hadn’t packed our own house at 100% (that’s on us), which is why we reserved another two hours the next day. Same as the day before, prompt, polite/professional, didn’t mess around. They got right to business and never let up!

My mother and I needed to move our stuff from one storage unit to a different one that was closer and much cheaper. Neither of us is physically able to do as much as we used to, so doing all the work ourselves especially in the Florida heat would have taken us the entire month at minimum over my days off, and left us both exhausted and sore the entire week in between. The two guys who came to help got it done in about 5 hours, between the loading and unloading and the drive time in between. They busted their behinds to get it done as quickly as they could. I would absolutely use this service again if we ever need help moving our stuff in the future. Even with renting a moving van myself for them to use (which they tell you if you actually take time to read the terms), this was much cheaper overall than hiring a regular moving company that provides truck space and moving assistance both.

I requested about three hours before I needed two movers and BAM!, they were there. They showed up and got right to work. They never stopped once. Of course, being who I am, I jumped in too…by my own choice. They didn’t mind but they handled the majority and the “bigger” tasks.
