They were over 1 hour late. They arrived around 7:15 pm I was told between 5-6 pm
They had unloaded the truck and left my house by 8:40 pm
Less than 2 hours, I paid for 3 hours.
They charged me $100 more (cash) to unload the truck. Then he demanded for 50 more dollars at my house because it too longer to get there, which was all under the 3 hours I had paid for.
They forgot tools they charged me for.
I felt intimidated and they threatened me and they would just leave if I didn’t pay them more so I paid them another 50.
He asked for a 5 star review and I said no
This was a terrible experience.

We carefully reviewed the order. According to HireAhelper's contract you were aware that our team was hired to load up your rental truck. Out of care and concern the team went above and beyond to help you "Unload" although the contract stated to "Load" for the reserved hours that were booked.
