Tymar and Antonio came to help me empty my house for my move. They followed all covid rules and were extremely polite. They worked hard and wrapped everything better than I expected and packed my pod and fit more then I thought would.fit. they are great guys and did not stop the entire time. These guys deserve a five-star review in every respect, despite having arrived a little late due to other jobs running long. While we were able to move a substantial number of boxes down to the truck on our own, we would not have been able to load and secure the truck without the expertise of On The Go Moving Services. How should a customer prepare for moving day?

Wake up early make sure everything is packed and ready to go.

What types of moves have you handled?

Local, long distance, office moves, residential moves, warehouse moves, moving heavy items, etc.

What's your favorite part about being a mover?

Being a mover you must have a combination of physical strength, stamina, and attention to detail. To be a good mover.

What training do you provide your crew members?

Proper techniques on lifting and carrying items big or small. Shrink wrapping furniture, communication, paying attention to small details, teamwork, being motivated and most important being professional.

Local Mover Policies

Same Day Moves

We charge an extra 20% for same day requests.

Next Day Moves

We accept next day requests at our normal rates.

Refunding Unused Time

We do not refund for any unused time.

Extra Hours

We can always stay at least 2 hours over the prebooked time.

Moving Equipment

Face coverings and gloves:
Customers must wear face masks, gloves and have hand sanitizer. All door knobs must be wiped down, (always included, no fee)
Furniture dolly or straps:
always included, no fee
Hand tools for assembly:
We will provide tools for assembly/disassembly, ($40.00/ea.)
Hand truck:
We will provide dollies and flat bed dollies, (always included, no fee)
Plastic wrap:
We provide plastic wrap only for loading. Pay upon request., ($40.00/ea.)
Rope:
Pay upon request. Rope is not charged if were doing the load/unload, ($35.00/ea.)
