The movers a week in advance told me they would not be able to make the window the scheduler advised me of;
I accepted this; once they arrived, they did not care if I wanted to ensure my items -- once they loaded it into the POD, was properly covered to ensure - for my eyes - that there would not be unnecessary exposure to damage when being moved. I thought they were unprofessional and reminded me that they could leave (without completing the job) and had my credit card information.
