Coordinated with Brian over the phone as we were dealing with difficulty picking up our uhaul. We agreed on a start time 30 minutes after our scheduled time.
I was coordinating from out of town, and the team made it very simple. The guys were very polite, professional, and positive. They did a great job while maintaining a positive attitude.

Please note I am writing this several days after using this service, not "in the heat of the moment".
The positives: once they arrived the men worked hard, efficiently, and pleasantly. They succeeded in fitting all boxes and furniture into our partially filled containers. Just what we needed accomplished.
The BIG negative: their 11a-12p arrival time ended up being 6pm. This delay caused incredible stress, the last minute change of many travel plans, and the uncertainty of whether or not they were going to show up at all. My husband, waiting for them to finish, arrived at our final destination at 10:30pm.
Another area needing improvement is their communication with clients, as this was sorely lacking and left us frustrated and stressed.
