These guys worked their butts off, but at the same time they packed items which shouldn't have been packed and one week later I still cannot find the controller to my adjustable desk and a plastic document container which contains all my manuals. No idea where these two items are. My wife also had a collection of clean clothes in a laundry bin which they packed into a box and did not label. Took her nearly a week to find her clothes. Hard working crew but frustrated I can't find things.
Yours indeed was a big move -- 2, 26ft truckloads, glad we were able to do it all in one day. I understand the frustration with misplaced items -- as I mentioned initially when your wife called, you will eventually find everything; you will. The move was too big and too fast -- things get misplaced but you will be found.

Very nice guys did an amazing job. Even helped me put together furniture and made sure that I was satisfied with everything before they left. Would definitely recommend them for any move.

Unfortunately they showed up three hours late. The two gentlemen that showed up were great, until I arrived to my location and saw how some things were loaded up. Everything was individually wrapped to protect all of my belongings from damage. They thought it was a great idea to remove the legs of my expensive dresser and literally put them on the floor of the moving truck with no protection whatsoever. Just rolling around and bouncing around for 2400 miles. Also, heavy items were placed on top of wardrobe boxes that had been laid on their sides. When I arrived, many of the wardrobe boxes were broken and items spread throughout the truck. I wanted to really like the helpers, and even tipped them $40 each thinking they had done a great job. My advice to others is to supervise their every move. Only way you can ensure your belongings are properly being loaded. I thought I could trust them, unfortunately I won’t be making that mistake twice.

The two we had did a good job up until they ripped my couch( love set) I am just sick about it it wasn’t very old and it was in perfect condition and now I have three place that are ripped. My son in law care into the house for just a few minutes and myself, daughter. and my son in law seen them just shelving on the couch to try to get it to fit in a to small place. I’m son in law went running out and stopped them before they ruined my couch Completely.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Customer will hear from us within 30 minutes of booking with us to establish a communication that will be continuous until the move is completed.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Customer will receive a call from us 30 -- 45min, depending on location, prior to arrival for an ETA confirmation. On arrival, we will have blankets, dollies, straps, tie-downs, shrink-wrap, tools and any other equipment/mtr'ls as requested by customer. We will commence work at once and move without delay till the last item comes out of the truck and finds its rightful place in it's new habitat.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Preparedness is the key; the more a customer is prepared the better; makes things move more efficiently, smoothly and quickly. Packing ought to be fully completed; hallways and staircases clear of boxes, beddings off bed. Clothes out of heavy dressers.
What types of moves have you handled?
We handle all of the from studio to 7 bedrooms and more, local and long distance, residential to offices and commercial building. No move is too big or too small for us.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
For most people including myself, moving is a major change; major changes in life can be stressful. Being a vessel of taking that stress out of families during this time is truly my favorite part of being a mover!
What training do you provide your crew members?
While anyone can help with a move, and get pizza and beer at the end of the day, not everyone is a mover! Moving is an art; we thoroughly train them from folding blankets, sweeping the truck to Calculus (mathematics of space -- safely fitting things in tight spaces -- tetris) Logistics (safely maneuvering things in different angles, safely driving loaded trucks in all conditions -- weather and traffic, and so forth. We are SAFE To Go Movers!!!
