I received a phone call an hour before the movers were supposed to arrive, saying they were in an accident. The company did not offer to send two other movers.
Shameful! I had to wait 3 1/2 additional hours for another company to send movers.
Who I am most disappointed with is Simple Moving. As I mentioned above, I was not offered two other movers. Instead, Simple Moving said that I could have two movers for the same timeframe that I had originally booked, but it would be an additional charge.
I would never use the services of Hands 2 Hands or Simple Moving if I had another move.

Complaining about the job itself and counting down the time until they were ready to go home as if staying extra was not even an option if I wanted. They were also slow at the job, took a smoke break or two and threw multiple cigarette buds in the back of a rented truck of mine. Even after complaining most of the job the one guy had the audacity to ask for a tip as well. One helper, Ed, did a good job despite taking a smoke break. Also advertised as professional movers in uniform and that was not the case.

The two men were here on time . Our pod was dropped off in the dirt which made it a bit tretuios for them to monouver some of the larger, heavier items, but they did it well ! Put our items back together and in all the places that we told them to ! We had them before and would have them again.the only item that got damaged was the back of a night stand, and we don't know if that was the fault of the packers or the pod person.

The two men were very nice. Worked very hard. BUT NEVER WORE BELTS OR USED STRAPES TO LOAD OR TAKE OUT OUR HEAVIER FURNITURE..... They did drop our heavy lazy boy couch !
