This crew was fantastic. Arrived on time, were courteous and respectful. They worked as a team, handled my property carefully and sought guidance appropriately. They packed the container efficiently and finished an hour ahead of schedule.
After having a frustrating and less than positive experience with the same company earlier this week, this was a breath of fresh air. I would give 5 stars but still assessing damage from the unfortunate experience earlier this week.

Movers were an hour late... almost immediately put a hole in my drywall and acted like nothing happened.
Throughout the entire load my personal belongings were dropped, dragged and smashed. They dropped my dresser right in front of me and didn't even acknowledge they dropped it and dented and scratched it. At one point, one of the helpers dropped a box containing military commendations and he grabbed them and started smashing them back in the box until I made him stop.
The first container was actually packed well and used the room efficiently. The 2nd container was packed messy and I will need to repack portions to avoid further damage. .
I still bought them lunch and as the day progressed they got sloppier. They even packed my ratchet straps and tie downs.It was obvious they wanted to leave the site early and they departed with an hour still on the clock
They were seemingky nice guys but did not pack any food or water. Because they were drinking my beverages and eating my food from my counter I still bought them lunch. After seeing the damage they caused I regret my kindness.
Worst moving service... absolutely do not recommend. Avoid at all costs!
