The guys were very nice and on time. We had to add extra time and they were very understanding.

Although I paid for two people, only one gentlemen worked. I witnessed one piece of furniture damaged (leg broken). Who knows what I am going to find once I unload. I will be filing a claim for that piece of furniture. I will not use this company for off loading. The older gentleman did well. There was a poorly trained young gentleman that needed supervision. There was a gentleman who identified himself as the manager that did nothing. He could have provided some sort of guidance to the younger individual. I gave this company two stars because of the older gentleman.
