They did a great job! They were fast and made good use of the POD space. They were very polite and respectful too. They listened and paid attention to what needed to be packed into the POD. This was a roommate situation, so they were only packing up 1 of the 4 roommates. They were careful to not pack things that were staying at the house. Very happy with their work!

Josh and his crew were so fantastic!!! I was late driving across country and couldn't make our original appointment. They moved things around for me and came the next day. They were earlier than expected, got right to work and were so incredibly polite. Got everything done in under 2 hours and took great care moving things in. I would highly recommend them and thank you so much! You saved our old backs.

I would not recommend these movers. First they double booked my load time and rescheduled me to an afternoon move the day before my move.
Secondly the first thing they said to me when they showed up was “we are not staying for more than three hours” which was not enough time to load my pod. I offered to pay for an extra hour of labor, which I was told was an available option and the lead mover stated “we have been working all day and we have a two hour drive home so we are not staying.”
Also I told them as they were not staying that I wanted my heavy furniture to be the priority. They did not start loading furniture until two hours into the job. My friends and I had to take a part my bed and dining room table just so they would be able to load in the time allotted.
They did not wrap all my furniture in the provided moving wrap or moving blankets and some of my furniture showed up damaged. They were not pleasant to work with and did barely the bare minimum.

They were late which caused them to rush. They just piled items on the pod without any consideration for damage and even though we had tied down straps we wanted to use They didn't use them or our moving blankets. They only took 45 minutes instead of two hours . We had to unpack half the pod to stack everything evenly or everything would have fallen over during transport. Was a complete waste of money.

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Normally a customer will receive a text message the morning of the move confirming the time. Once arrived and setup the mover will take a walk through , where you would direct them on the things needed to be done. After that all the movers would need are materials(Blankets,Straps,Rope) and TIME.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
1. Mover friendly Boxes = Allows the movers to carry 2/3 smaller lighter boxes vs Large 2. Provide Blankets , Wrap Or straps and make sure they are visible. 3. Separate the items needed to be moved
What training do you provide your crew members?
Crew members receive hands on training until their peak is reached. You may order 2 guys and receive 3 that means one is still in training.
