Malcolm and Robert worked very hard in the rain, around a repairman in my apartment and around a neighborhood gas leak with evavuated folks packed in my building. Hats off to them. They are very personable and were a big hit with other residents here. A bit more training in moving, like making sure boxes are right side up would take them up to top notch!
Nothing was damaged in my move and Malcolm and Robert were very generous in their work ethic. Thank you gentlemen.

Very nice, very polite! Both showed up and got right to work, no nonsense. Very hard workers. I was surprised they got it all out with time to spare, I had alot of things.
I also liked that one asked if it was ok to go to the car for a minute, which was right there, to just get a sip of his water. Total respect for me and my things... I definately would recommend these 2 gentlemen 100%

The workers were good. But they were scheduled for arrival between 1 and 2, they didn't arrive until 3 pm. They did call to let me know, but I had no choice. I had work calls starting at 4 pm. So they were still here when I was working.

Joshua and Robert did such an excellent job loading my POD, and I made it more complicated than it would normally be because I was going to need to access the POD in storage and so I had things I needed to be placed closer to the door. And it all still needed to fit. They made it work and everything stayed in place, so they secured it well to boot. Really nice guys and they worked so hard that day. I definitely recommend them!

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Normally a customer will receive a text message the morning of the move confirming the time. Once arrived and setup the mover will take a walk through , where you would direct them on the things needed to be done. After that all the movers would need are materials(Blankets,Straps,Rope) and TIME.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
1. Mover friendly Boxes = Allows the movers to carry 2/3 smaller lighter boxes vs Large 2. Provide Blankets , Wrap Or straps and make sure they are visible. 3. Separate the items needed to be moved
What training do you provide your crew members?
Crew members receive hands on training until their peak is reached. You may order 2 guys and receive 3 that means one is still in training.
