Great job

My experience with Loaders Moving was an absolute nightmare. Two out of the 3 movers were late. Their lack of professionalism and organizational skills was some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. It felt like this was the first time they had ever done this type of work. They were literally dragging furniture across the floor, I had holes in the drywall, scratches and marks on the stair railings, furniture that was damaged, a poorly packed trailer that was 28' long and if I stood at the back of the trailer I could see all the way to the front with 4-6' of empty space to the ceiling. When I asked if they could please not drag the furniture one of them gave me attitude and proceeded to tell his coworker that I was cursing at him. At that time their attitudes and work ethic got even worse. My wife has dining room table that is about 125 years old and been in her family for generations. When I requested that they take special care and how valuable it was they paid no attention to the importance of my request. The table legs were just thrown on the floor of the truck without any protection laying up against medal. As the time for the end of their shift was approaching the crew leader asked for me to make payment and that I should have received a text once the job was finished. The crew leader then asked for me to pay him and I told him that the text message stated clearly stated to not pay the workers and that I should pay Hire a Helper. He then proceeded to call his boss and told him I refuse to pay. While he was talking with his boss he proceeded to lie about him asking for payment and that I was arguing and not being truthful. I showed him the text and he then began to tell me "to get my head out of my a**" then proceeded to walk up my driveway and proceeded to call me "a mother******" and laughed and "stated he did not care as they got paid." Once he left I called his boss and sent pictures of the damages and the poorly packed trailer. I was told he would take care of it and let me know by 5:00 pm what the plan was. I did not here back so by 9:00 am the next day sent a text asking what the plan was. He stated that he and a helper would come and address the issue. They showed up and took a quick look at the trailer and stated they would get back in their car and decide what to do. After 5-10 minutes they came back and said they would move some things around to make room for boxes. What they actually did was shift some items around to make it harder to see the empty voids in the packing of the trailer. At this time he stated that was about all they could fit and they were finished. At this time I was over it and knew I would have to finish the job myself. Once they left I climbed into the truck and find that they had not done anything to solve the issue the previous crew had caused. I spent the next two days moving boxes from the back of the trailer to the front and creating more space to add more boxes from the house. So if you use Hire a Helper and they try to send Loaders Moving I would highly recommend to refuse their service or the lack of.

I barely had to tell them what to do more than once. They seem to understand how to store everything in the trailer in the right order. God bless thinking young man!

The 2 men who unloaded 2 PODS after a long distance move were wonderful. Respectful of property and belongings, professional, finished early they were working so hard. Would highly recommend!

They were on time. They were friendly and professional. They worked hard especially because my furniture is very heavy. I would use them again.

Grateful for the help, the whole reason I hired them. :) The day before I was told to expect them between 8-9am, so I was there by 8am. They arrived at 9:18. I had 10ft of home goods, glad I pd for 3hrs of work.

Very respectful of me as I fumbled with locks I was unfamiliar with. They stayed attentive to the job as I could see. I posted myself at the door so I could assist with the keypad for their entry into the storage building.

There was a mishap with my grandfather clock, but I'm hoping the claim procedure goes smoothly. Mistakes happen. I liked that they asked me to look over the unit to see if I was happy with the placement of things. That was thoughtful.

Thanks for the help!

Loaders Moving arrived on time, and were very polite. They took good care of our belongings. They packed the Pods carefully, making everything fit. The whole job was done in good time.

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?

Normally a customer will receive a text message the morning of the move confirming the time. Once arrived and setup the mover will take a walk through , where you would direct them on the things needed to be done. After that all the movers would need are materials(Blankets,Straps,Rope) and TIME.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?

1. Mover friendly Boxes = Allows the movers to carry 2/3 smaller lighter boxes vs Large 2. Provide Blankets , Wrap Or straps and make sure they are visible. 3. Separate the items needed to be moved

What training do you provide your crew members?

Crew members receive hands on training until their peak is reached. You may order 2 guys and receive 3 that means one is still in training.
