They called multiple times to delay which was fine, but one of the guys didn't work very hard, and they needed a lot of supervision. I have moved many times with full service movers. Save your money and use a company that is tied to both packing and unpacking your load so they will be motivated and skilled.

I have to be candid with this review. They were two hours late, and it created a whole stressful situation. HOWEVER, they did their absolute very best to make up for it and even brought extra help to make sure we don’t get charged for extra time. Better protocols should be in place between them and the movers themselves, but at least it worked out okay in the end.

Very nice and polite men, super helpful. They managed to fit all the furniture of my 1 bed apartment in a container I did not think would fit! Both efficient and finished in about an hour. Highly recommend!!

What training do you provide your crew members?
We provide extensive training to provide maximum efficiency and safety at the job site, in addition to a number of measures that will help in preventing fatigue over a long period of time. Here at B&R Movers we strongly believe in the health and well being of every person in our crews as it's a crucial factor in our lives and the line of work, and credits is to be given to one of our crew members who's a nutritionist and a 4th year MED student that provides valuable advice.
