Mar & Sam were amazing young men, they did a great job and stayed within our two our limit. I would highly recommend them!
I was however very disappointed as my total invoice was incorrect, I was charged $25 for a set up tool fee, Mar & Sam did not have tools and did not set up our beds. They needed to leave after two hours for another job and could not stay, and we totally understood, but I could not reach anyone in your customer service dept and have left two messages regarding the $25 fee that I am disputing. Please credit me back.

We had to push back an hour and they were wonderful and adusted accordingly. They were polite and professional. It was pouring down rain and they never complained. They were fantastic from beginning to end.

The two gentlemen that showed up to help us move were great to work with. They were very professional and polite. They were also very strong! I was a little worried that they were lifting too much but they seemed fine. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

The movers who arrived seemed inexperienced. They arrived in a car without license plates and about 45 mins after the arrival window. They did communicate via phone call that they were coming late due to traffic. It felt like they slowed down work towards the end of the two hour block so I didn't not ask for additional time. I would not use B&R again as the process from hireahelper.com felt sketchy and didn't improve. B&R is promoted on the site and after chosing a different mover and literally while I was entering my payment information in the form I received an unsolicited call that determined the mover I requested was not available and B&R was coincidentally the only other option provided and was told I needed to complete the process over the phone.

What training do you provide your crew members?
We provide extensive training to provide maximum efficiency and safety at the job site, in addition to a number of measures that will help in preventing fatigue over a long period of time. Here at B&R Movers we strongly believe in the health and well being of every person in our crews as it's a crucial factor in our lives and the line of work, and credits is to be given to one of our crew members who's a nutritionist and a 4th year MED student that provides valuable advice.
