Sam and Tony were amazing movers and did everything fast and efficiently

They were told when they arrived to leave the bulkhead for the trailer outside so it could be locked in place when loaded. They didn't. They put it right behind everything they packed, so it was inaccessible. The UPack driver picked the trailer up today and couldn't believe it. He said our stuff now wasn't secure and would likely be damaged in transit because the bulkhead wasn't there to protect it from moving.
I'd also bought loads of moving blankets to protect furniture and told them to use them. Not sure they used any, as most were left after they'd gone.
Didn't look like they stacked things very well, was loads of space left at top.they could have used. Bed bases were just squished in, with slats looking like they'd broken away.
I dread to think what state our belongings will be in when they reach destination.
I would really appreciated if you just mentioned what good of stuff we have done for the job and if you been fair in the review.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Customer will receive an E-mail containing a form in which they will find few questions regarding the move.

2 or more highly skilled well mannered movers will be ready to preform the task requested.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Customers should have their belongings packed in moving boxes or containers (if packing service isn't requested) and all pets are secured to prevent any potential accidents

What training do you provide your crew members?
We provide extensive training to provide maximum efficiency and safety at the job site, in addition to a number of measures that will help in preventing fatigue over a long period of time. Here at B&R Movers we strongly believe in the health and well being of every person in our crews as it's a crucial factor in our lives and the line of work, and credits is to be given to one of our crew members who's a nutritionist and a 4th year MED student that provides valuable advice.
