NOT recommended. Did NOT make contact w/in 24hrs. Calls went unanswered or straight to vm. NOT returned. Day before move, finally answered only to be told he was busy & would call back. Never did. Day of move: told couldn't arrive until Noon-1. Confirmed scheduled time was 9-10am. NO SHOW!

Arrived on time, very friendly, very professional. Hired 2 men for 2 hours, worked straight through despite the hot Richmond summer weather. Got an entire 26 ft Uhaul cleared in 2 hours!

My moved was scheduled for 9 am, they called me the night before to tell me he couldn't make it until 1 pm on moving day..I would not used them again.

I had serious issues with trying to confirm this job. I had no return calls, answering, telling me they would call back & didn't, etc. I was unable to confirm anything until the day before. The workers arrived an 1 1/2 late with no call & unable to be reached. I was uncertain whether to call another company or not. When they did show, the men worked very hard & were fast. They did not tell me at any point until they walked into the rooms that they do not take down beds or mirror/dresser sets. So, we had to do that on the spot with the chaos. Some of my belongings were damaged- nothing serious, but still I held my breath. I was confronted at the end about confirmation of payment & a TIP....after all this happening. Would I use them again- NO. Hard working when they arrive, but this company needs some serious customer service training.
