They arrived early and went right to work - never took a break. Very pleasant guys and willing to do just as i asked. The furniture pads were not brought with them but there were some in the rental truck, so no problem.
They also left a couple of items at the house, but that was partly my fault since i didn't check before we left and some things were being taken with me, some were not. Overall a very good job completed in excellent time - definitely recommend them!

Did the job but did not get as much work done in the two hours we paid for as I thought they would. We have black stains on our couch from them dragging it down the driveway. Did not have time to assemble anything. Still had to unload the truck when they left because they did not finish.

Excellent service!! They took great care of my things and were fun and pleasant to work with. They moved an entirely full 26 ft. truck up three flights of stairs and did so quickly and in 98 degree heat. I will be calling them again for my next move for sure!

The movers were on time. However, they were unprofessional from the very beginning. Both workers made unwelcome comments and had visible negative reactions upon seeing how much work had to be done. Once they began working they did an okay job but they used a lot of profanity and the younger of the two seemed to need more supervision and guidance to stay on task. Only one of the movers wore a company uniform contrary to their profile. We had another job planned for later in the week and decided to go with another company based on this experience. The other company was much better.

Overall they did a good job. They showed up on time. They were very polite and made sure everything ended up in the right rooms. They were available last minute which was a lifesaver. They were a bit slower and not as well organized than companies we've used in the past. Previously we had 2 guys move the same stuff farther away and with two extra sets of stairs in 4 hours and it took 3 guys 5 hours for a shorter distance and less stairs with this company. Also, one of the guys started dropping boxes and throwing the boxes down the stairs so they tumbled bottom over top to a guy waiting at the bottom. Their justification was that the boxes said clothes so they weren't doing any damage. Once I asked them to stop they handled the boxes better and I didn't have another issue.

I was provided a time frame of arrival and they arrived with just 2 minutes to spare. I had been waiting all the while, ready for them. They got to work right away and were very professional and polite with me. Their teamwork together caused some difficulty in moving large pieces of furniture but we got everything out, on the truck, and in at the new place, without scratches or damage. They were advertised to be a uniformed crew which was one of the reasons I chose this company, but these guys were in their own clothes, one in sweats and the other in jeans and a tank.

These guys were very slow and did not work very hard to earn a 5 star rating. The job should have taken 3 hours and they stretched the time to get extra pay. I wouldn't use these guys again!
