lots of stuff was left behind due to having to take 2 trips, if they had packed the truck as we wanted they wouldn't of had loose things in trash bags to pack, We have stuff scratched dented, torn. these people suck at what they think they are the experts on. I would recommend anyone wanting to move DO NOT use these people.

Couldn't ask for much better, they showed up right on time, had some of their own furniture pads and hand truck, didn't laze around, and got everything done quickly. I'd certainly recommend them.

This was my first time hiring HireAHelper and I would definitely use this service again. I was connected with Lewis Moving Service in Midlothian, Virginia. They were 30 minutes early which suited me, especially since it was going to be a hot day. They were prepared for the job more than I was. They worked continuously with no break. I did not have any damage whatsoever. The mover's were friendly, professional, fast and courteous. I would definitely use them again if the need arises and most definitely recommend them. Thanks so much to Lewis Moving Service. The two gentlemen that moved me were the best!

They were a little hard to get a hold to confirm that I had booked them.
They were about an hour late, but once they got there they went right to work and got everything moved within one hour (of course, we still paid for two hours). They were respectful of our furniture and were very polite.

Although William and Brent arrived an hour later than they said they would, that was primarily due to the house being difficult to find. Once they did reach the house, however, they quickly got down to business and did a survey off all that was coming out of the house. After taking inventory, William and Brent efficiently and carefully moved all of the furniture, including a rather old but treasured glass breakfront. The two guys also hustled a bit to get everything to fit into a storage locker, which was much smaller than we had anticipated. We are very grateful for their work and would gladly hire them again!

The two helpers arrived just after the expected time, which wasn't a huge deal in the grand scheme of things (although a call would have been nice). The two men worked diligently and quickly, finishing the job in the allotted time. Although not interested in much conversation with us, we appreciated their dedication to the work. These men only loaded the truck and, while unloading, we found a large scratch in our most beloved/prized furniture item - given that they took several paint chips out of our wall trying to take it one way (we had told them to go a different way, which they ultimately did), we're not surprised about the damage. In the end, we probably won't use this company again because we have found better quality workmanship elsewhere.
