Bryce and Isaiah did a great job. Fast, helpful, paid attention to detail. Scheduling was VERY CONFUSED. Office staff was not so hot about communicating with me at promised times. I know you have been very busy and the mis-communication was not your fault.
Scheduling mix-up was not the fault of Bizzy Bees - PODS moved it back at our request and then put it to Saturday without telling us. We had to go to hire a helper twice. They apparently did not communicate well to Bizzy Bs.

Dispatcher Denise was not friendly and hung up when I called. But the two boys who came to move were great. They were not as experienced as seasoned movers but they had great attitudes and were efficient in moving furniture and heavy boxes. I’d happily work with the boys again but I’d like to see the dispatch/company be more respectful on the phone.

Bizzy Beez far exceeded my expectations. They arrived on time, loaded our furniture with great care, and went the extra mile to ensure that everything was properly secured and protected in our rental truck. The workers were all extremely friendly and professional. We have some additional moves coming up and plan to use Bizzy Beez again.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
You should expect direct communication with us. We will be in contact when crew members are in route to your destination.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
They can expect a extremely polite crew with high quality performance the whole duration of the job with no breaks taken by the movers and communication prior to arrival.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Customers should have all materials needed for their move prior to arrival(Ratchet Straps , Moving Pads, Plastic Wrap, etc.) Crew Members will arrive with a Hand Truck and a Toolset and will disassemble anything that is needed!
What types of moves have you handled?
We have been all over! We've done long distance jobs as far as New Mexico. We have experience in Military Moves .
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
I love being able to provide a top-notch service and help families be stress-free throughout their whole moving experience.
What training do you provide your crew members?
All crew members are taught hands on how to load trucks to efficiently so nothing shifts on the way to your next location. Crew members properly wrap ,and lift furniture safely and cautiously . We ensure they know proper safety techniques when carrying and lifting all furniture. Crew members are also experienced in Sales in Grant Cardone University.

We accept next day requests at our normal rates.

We do not refund for any unused time.
