At first I was skeptical. There was a delay. Then my movers, Salomon and Chris showed up. The worked their tails off. Great attitude. No wasted time. The energy was great, uniforms was a nice touch. I probably booked to few for my job size, but I had the best I’ve seen. Even sweltering heat didn’t slow them down. There was good communication. Most importantly—they did what the said they would do! And pricing was fair.

The crew did a great job moving my furniture off the full U-Haul truck. They took furniture to rooms on the main floor as well as several pieces to the basement. All the rest of the pieces filled up my garage. I definitely use them again. Nancy

Although they tried, They were disorganized, and so took too long to load. A couple of times one of them thought the room had been cleared, but items still remained. If we hadn’t noticed they would have been left behind.
One of my chairs had a potted plant on it and it left a stain. They arrived a little earlier than had been expected, and that is never a bad thing,

They did a great job slotting us in after our last movers canceled last minute. They handled all of our belongings with care and strapped them in with our provided straps. They were even thoughtful enough to put moving blankets on furniture we had forgotten to wrap. Definitely will use them in the future if the opportunity arises.

These two gentlemen were very efficient and courteous in the unloading of our rental truck. They several times verified the location of the boxes to be placed in our home and were careful each step of the way.They even brought to our attention a damaged box (from loading) to immediately protect the contents. I recommend this team for your moving activities.

They showed 15 minutes past the hour allotted (supposed to arrive from 2-3, showed at 3:15 with no call or apology). They worked for 15 minutes before it began to rain, told my husband they would come back at 6:30. ONE helper (I had hired two), came back AFTER EIGHT O’CLOCK after we’d called TWICE to see where they were. They’d gone to a job over an hour away! The helper that did show was very kind and worked very hard with my husband (who shouldn’t have been lifting or carrying things upstairs, which is why I hired movers in the first place!) to empty our truck. At nearly TEN O’CLOCK AT NIGHT, the one helper and my husband were finished, and the other members of the crew (two others, although I had only hired two total!) showed up. They did not come to the door or present paperwork to be signed at all. When I spoke with Hire a Helper to dispute the charge, as I wasn’t going to pay for two helpers for two hours when they a) showed up late b) left fifteen minutes into the job c) didn’t come back for five hours and d) only left one person to do all the work, they demanded that I pay the complete balance.

I had researched this company beforehand, being veteran and woman owned, I had higher expectations. I was incredibly disappointed and will not do business with them again.

Mover's response:
First I want to apologize for how you feel but not how I handle the situation at hand we arrived late because of traffic I called ahead to hireahelper before I arrived on site as we arrived to the site I spoke to your husband and apologized for our tardiness we couldn’t control the traffic but what I could do was offer another man free of charge . Once we arrive the first thing we took off was a tool box waaaayy over the heavy item fee you and your husband did not pay for since you neglected to leave that from the order not only did I get it down once it started raining but you were never charged for the weight of the item as a courtesy , once offloading your items It didn’t just begin to rain it was pouring down my guys and I continued to work once it started to get to your wood items your husband specifically said he did not want rain touching those and suggested we come back . I agreed due to unsafe work conditions your husband and I then checked the weather together and saw it would be raining for the next three hours so it was agreed he would notify me once it stopped and I would head to my other job since it was not raining there a little less than three hours late your husband proceeded to call and notify it stopped I then called an additional employee to meet us on site he arrived before us and decided to start offloading the boxes after he was told to wait until we were on site to avoid any issues such as what’s happening now he proceeded to work so we could get done at a reasonable time since I was honoring my word and coming back to you after our office hours . By the time we arrived on site the truck was being shut I did everything in my power to bend over backwards for you and your husband despite uncontrollable weather I still took it into my hands to try to get things done for you but as we all know you can’t please them all you were disappointed in my choices to try to accommodate to all my customers and I’m disappointed in the lack of integrity once again I apologize for your interpretation of the scenario but I did what was best for my business as a whole from my employees to my other customers I couldn’t sit around outside your house in my car for three hours in hopes the rain may stop it was severe thunderstorms

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?

They can expect a extremely polite crew with high quality performance the whole duration of the job with no breaks taken by the movers and communication prior to arrival.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?

Customers should have all materials needed for their move prior to arrival(Ratchet Straps , Moving Pads, Plastic Wrap, etc.) Crew Members will arrive with a Hand Truck and a Toolset and will disassemble anything that is needed!

What types of moves have you handled?

We have been all over! We've done long distance jobs as far as New Mexico. We have experience in Military Moves .

What's your favorite part about being a mover?

I love being able to provide a top-notch service and help families be stress-free throughout their whole moving experience.

What training do you provide your crew members?

All crew members are taught hands on how to load trucks to efficiently so nothing shifts on the way to your next location. Crew members properly wrap ,and lift furniture safely and cautiously . We ensure they know proper safety techniques when carrying and lifting all furniture. Crew members are also experienced in Sales in Grant Cardone University.
