This is what I sent the owner, Ashley, the following morning. And guess what, she did not respond, but called for payment. This was a third party hiring; please go with companies that were referred.

Good morning Ashley! I couldn’t sleep well last night thinking about my move yesterday; it was very disappointing. I hired professionals to take away the anxiety that I get each time I’ve moved; I must say, yesterday added more anxiety than ever. I felt as though it was folks off the street that had been asked to do the job. I know that the time started at 7:30am; but as you know, everyone wasn’t in place at 7:30am(packer didn’t show up); this through everyone off and out of position. You stated that you would make up for that situation. ????As a leader myself, I feel as though there wasn’t one yesterday. A leader would have been checking on everyone’s progress as they went along; making sure that they were progressing in a timely manner- that wasn’t done; that wasn’t done- there was no since of urgency; again, your mother tried really hard to be that person which took her away from what she was doing- packing. We’ve spoken about the extra packer that had to WALK to the job that added zero help to project. The amount of time spent on the washer/dryer was overkill; 30 minutes had gone by before I mentioned to take the rail off the wall; almost one hour on that was also unprofessional. Maybe in the future, if there’s a concern about the size of a piece of furniture; get information prior to the day of the move so that there’s a plan in place before the movers get there and time isn’t spent on what to do and it’s just a matter of implementing it. A lot of time was spent trying to figure out what to do next and saying it’s because the furniture is unique. I even asked my sister to come and help after I noticed things weren’t going as fast as I thought; we both ended up standing around asking what can we do; sometimes the response was - nothing, that’s what we’re here for - in my mind, I’m thinking, that’s exactly what she and I were there for. After one mover left, there were 3 helpers not 4; but you wanted to charge for 4. I’m sure my blood pressure went up when the statement was made 5 hours into the move that everything could’ve fit into the pods if we had loaded them differently. Before I decided to go with Busy Bee, I had 5 other estimates where there were physical walkthroughs and a video walkthrough; they all said everything should fit. I was counting down the hours to be able to say that my move is complete; well, it’s Sunday morning and I am left with the anxiety that I was trying to avoid. I work full time during the week and part time on weekends; I had to figure out how I’m going to do that and be out in a timely manner. My rent was prorated based on me being out today. Not only do I have to pay more rent for another week but I have to reschedule the cleaning company for a different day. Ashley, everyone was really nice, and I’d hate to say that there was no organization or plan, it just wasn’t enough to execute a smooth move to eliminate my anxiety. Unfortunately , I will not be referring Bizzy Bee to anyone.

We understand where you are coming from but you definitely don't need to come up with false stories just to get away with what you owe us. We understand that there are unexpected things that sometimes happen on a job but its not fair for you to come up with these statements. We appreciate it if you can just make the payment for the amount owed or reach out to us if you would like to come up with a payment arrangement or if you need extension .

Busy Bees did a great job for us moving very heavy furniture around some really tricky stairwells.
They arrived on time and were very nice and professional and hard working. I definitely recommend them for your future move!

Jarvis and Guy were so fantastic! They called and gave me a very accurate time estimate of when they would be here- they even got here a bit early. They were very professional and efficient, and were excellent at maneuvering oddly shaped items into my container. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone who needs help with moving.

They broke a lot of my moms things that cannot be replaced. Owner was on her phone every time I went outside!!! I am so disappointed and would never recommend them to anyone to use

I sincerely apologize for your bad experience with us. This was not intended. You were advised to provide a furniture blanket per piece of furniture and proper tie downs to secure everything efficiently before the job. This is stated in Hire-a-Helper’s terms of service once you place your order .The owner was handling other customers and a meeting during your move. None of which altered the productivity of the job. My crew managed to load all but 3ft of your truck in our designated time using all the pads you provided . You informed my crew that you could load the rest of the boxes from your garage and secure the truck with the proper tie downs that’s you didn’t have at the start of your job. I believe this could have be prevented had we had the proper amount of blankets and tie downs. Before leaving we made you aware that if the truck is not secured properly it would be more than likely that the items would shift. Again, I sincerely apologize that your items were damaged.

They can expect a extremely polite crew with high quality performance the whole duration of the job with no breaks taken by the movers and communication prior to arrival.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?

Customers should have all materials needed for their move prior to arrival(Ratchet Straps , Moving Pads, Plastic Wrap, etc.) Crew Members will arrive with a Hand Truck and a Toolset and will disassemble anything that is needed!

What types of moves have you handled?

We have been all over! We've done long distance jobs as far as New Mexico. We have experience in Military Moves .

I love being able to provide a top-notch service and help families be stress-free throughout their whole moving experience.

What training do you provide your crew members?

All crew members are taught hands on how to load trucks to efficiently so nothing shifts on the way to your next location. Crew members properly wrap ,and lift furniture safely and cautiously . We ensure they know proper safety techniques when carrying and lifting all furniture. Crew members are also experienced in Sales in Grant Cardone University.
