This was the worst moving service we’ve ever had. My husband and I are 60 years old and we hired this service to do the move for third floor. We ended up doing most of the heavy lifting and carrying. One of the gentlemen was sick and was not helpful at all. The other gentleman had to yell at him to get him to do anything. They were so lazy that my husband had to tell them that he was not paying them more because they were playing on their phones. My husband and I carried all the boxes. Besides a few pieces of the really heavy furniture, we carried it all. This defeated the purpose of hiring a moving company. We would not recommend them.

Stefan and Eric did a great job. They corrected the mess that All My Sons (Mechanicsville) did by unloading the POD and repacking it correctly to ensure my furniture and belongings were secure. They were professional, courteous and wanted to please their client. I would hands down go with MCR Movers (a small, family owned business) over the larger one I chose. They worked fast and efficiently and their price point was fair. I am extremely pleased with the customer service and quality of work I received from MCR Movers.
