This team was excellent. They arrived about 30 minutes late, but called ahead to let us know. They were efficient. Great loading skills. They were respectful, even though we seemed a bit anxious at times, and they got the job done in less time than we allotted.

We wanted the furniture and boxes packed a certain way because some of it wasn’t going into storage!! They were very careful with my furniture and boxes and they did pack the truck in the less then requested 2 hours but unfortunately they were in such a hurry there was no organization to their method and things were not in the needed order!! In addition I requested three people for two hours but they brought five people and finished in about one hour. This did not give us (my son and I) the time needed to understand where anything was placed or give directions. Needed bed clothes were used to wrap furniture going into storage without asking permission and we are still looking for things. They’re not missing, we just don’t know where they ended up due to the whirlwind of movers and this is especially difficult since many things weren’t to be unpacked for months yet.

The guys arrived early and provided more helpers than I requested without extra charge. This made the work go quickly and efficiently. They loaded our trailer neatly. Nothing moved during the 4+ hour drive to my new home. It was hot and humid that day, but they didn't slow down. I would use Royal Professionals again, and would recommend them to others.
