I am astonished about how efficient, thorough and hard these gentlemen worked to fit all my stuff into the too small container I had, but they did. I would never hesitate to recommend them to anyone. A+++

After all the rave reviews, I expected to have no problems with this company, but sadly I was wrong. First of all, they arrived an hour late (after they had to reschedule my original service date and time) and I had to call the office to see if they were still coming. Rule of professionalism #1: be upfront and communicate with the customer. I understand sometimes things happen that are beyond our control, but in my own job, I do my best to let the customer know ahead of time when plans change. It is a no-no to make the customer wait and have to eventually call to see what’s even going on.

Second, one of the movers they sent me disclosed his age and complained about feeling tired about three hours into the move. He spent a lot of time arguing with the other guy (who did a wonderful job but unfortunately could not do the job all by himself as he was often forced to) about how things should be done, which ate into valuable time and made me spend nearly $1,000 for an unfinished job. The mover that complained mentally and physically checked out before all my things were packed and as a result, I am putting a bed and several other large pieces of furniture into storage. I’ll have to drive 700 miles to retrieve them at a later date.

I understand we’re all humans and we have needs but at the same time, if you work as a mover then you should know it is a very physically demanding job. If you can’t do the job, then do something else. I called the office to discuss the problem with the manager, but was not offered anything in the way of my hard-earned money back, only more PAID work after I spent a grand for an unfinished job. I will not be hiring these guys again even if one guy was great because it takes a team to make things happen. If one part of the team refuses or is unable to do his job, then nothing gets done.

We will come in , do a walkthrough and let us know what you would like done. Floor protection will be put down and we will get right to work.
