THE GOOD: They texted they were on their way and were on time. The four men were friendly and polite. They took apart a bed from one room and moved it to another.
THE BAD: They apparently "hot boxed" on the way to our home. They smelled strongly of marijuana. I don't care if you smoke, but when you're working and handling other people's cargo it's probably not a good idea. They scuffed up a couple of walls that I'll need to touch up with paint. We notified the company prior to our move that we had a gun safe and it was listed on the invoice. The four men decided it was too heavy and wouldn't remove it from the trailer. The transport company was picking up the trailer, and We Move It left my $3,000 safe on the trailer. I (58 year old woman) and a 55 year old man were able to move the safe off the truck without a dolly or any special tools. (The workers (four men) said the safe was too heavy and if they got hurt moving the safe they wouldn't be covered by insurance...I guess smoking weed isn't dangerous to your safety when working). I would not recommend this company. They left us in an awful position and didn't care....just drove away.

Guys were on time and very friendly. All our stuff was moved in safely, but there were a number of scuffs on the walls and a few spots where the drywall was damaged. They would be great for smaller moving jobs without larger pieces of furniture.

Excellent service! My disabled daughter needed help moving but I couldn't be there. The movers stepped right up and moved her which included, among many other things, taking down a bed and putting it up again. I've done a lot of moving through the years, but I'm getting too old for that stuff. I was nervous at hiring someone sight unseen, but according to my daughter, they arrived on time and did the work courteously with professionalism, a hard to comeby virtue these days. Movers were very friendly as well.

We had a 28' trailer that was to be loaded with our household belongings and put into storage. Two guys, very pleasant but not entirely prepared. They loaded for about an hour, drove 90 miles to do another "quick" job and 90 miles back to us. Quite a bit of space was not utilized as far as packing from floor to ceiling. The next day, my husband and a friend climbed into the trailer and were successful in getting the remainder of our things on the truck. Nice guys, too big of a job for them.
