They called me the day before to get more info about what is being moved... nothing crazy and no stairs. Should have been an easy job. The never showed up for the job and didn't even call or text to let me know they weren't coming. NOT the way to do business! I'm a disabled vet and hired the help because I rented a moving truck and needed help loading the big items.
