What can a customer expect after booking with you?
After booking with America's Most Reliable Movers a customer can expect a call within 24 hours after booking. This call is to ensure that everything is correct and accurate. Our team will also go through items that you have so that we are prepared. This is your time to ask us any questions or concerns you may have as well.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
On moving day, the customer can expect a 30 minute to an hour call ahead. This call is to let them know that their crew of movers is on their way. If the movers have any specific questions about the job for the customer, this is their time to ask prior to arriving to the job. If the customer has any last minute questions as well, this is their time to do so. Once the movers have arrived, we will promptly start a walk through. This is the time to let the movers know what exactly and going and staying.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Condense, condense and condense! If it can fit safely in a box, put it in there. Labeling items/ boxes is a very helpful way on the loading and unloading end as well. It gives the movers a sense of direction as to where is should be placed in the truck as well as in the house. If you have pets, it is best to have them put away, but its always fun to let us say hi first :)
