The two movers did great on loading. Unfortunately they were pulled from our unload to assist another mover. A third gentlemen was to show up to keep us going but never showed. The two gentlemen that did our move were very courteous and hard working. Advice, make sure your organized and give direction.

Thesef guys were excellent. They called before hand to you say when they'd be here, they showed up on time, worked really hard, took extra care with our belongings, were kind and respectful and finished with plenty of time to spare. Highly recommended!

Yup, got the call they were running late. 2-3 pm window had been setup. Around 4:30, 1 guy shows up, no partner to help. I hired these people because I had larger items to move so a half hour or so, another guy shows up. Great but now I find out the 1st guy had a medical issue and rally could not do some of the lifting needed. So, a little later a 3 rd guy shows up. Yes, they loaded me but this was a far from ideal move and I needed to be all moved out of the house by the next morning. Not the company I would ever contract with again! Very bad experience!

Start time was 9 AM - 10 AM. The first of three helpers arrived at 11:30 AM. The others two arrived shortly after that. I had to initiate most of the communication to ask the status. I was eventually given a $30 discount because of the delay.
Once they were there, the helpers totally dove right in. They worked very hard and got the job done quickly, despite intense heat and humidity. Also, they were very friendly.

They were close to two hours late, damaged my wall in several spots and a big rip in my couch...I have filed a claim and have heard nothing back! Would not recommend or ever use Cornerstone again!
