The movers were friendly and polite while getting specific directions. However, they were disrespectful to our daughter’s belongings. The job was not difficult, moving furniture from a duplex to a storage unit. No large appliances! The size of the truck provided some challenges but they wasted time chitchatting. They didn’t strategically pack the truck. The last 20 minutes they just were throwing items into the truck.
Returning to the storage unit, two weeks later, we found that they had disassembled items and tossed items into the unit. For instance, the desk chair was thrown towards the back of the unit. Parts of the clothes rack were found in several areas. We couldn’t get into the unit to move anything because it was packed so tightly, so my daughter had to purchase an additional smaller storage unit to rearrange and get to her items. They stepped on top of fragile items to launch items into the unit. We would have never paid for the service had we known the degree to which they tossed our daughter belongings around we were very disappointed.

Vincent and Travis did a great job. We would recommend them!!! They worked quickly aid efficiently. Help us get some larger furniture apart to get it down the stairs. We ended up with a few scratches and broken pieces but there's no way to tell which end it happened on...the loading end, in transit (by us), or Travis and Vince on unloading. Thank you gentlemen!!

Our movers did not finish loading our truck and we had to finish loading it ourselves. What they did load was so poorly loaded there was a ton of wasted space in the truck and our stuff didn't fit. We were actually questioned, "if we paid people to load this truck" by the movers that unloaded us in our new city. I would definitely not recommend this company.

Mike and Vince were personable, professional, and efficient. Despite having booked them for two hours, they finished in just over 1. They managed to fit everything in a trailer easily, including a couch, all the way down from the third floor with no elevator. After they were done, they even helped line up and attach the trailer. Absolutely recommend them both!

A phone call prior to arrival. Fast and efficient movers!!
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Pack any boxes needed prepared. We do assembly and disassembly. If everything is disassembled it will take less time to load trucks and containers. Buy or rent moving blankets.
What types of moves have you handled?
We handle personal moves into trucks, storage and shipping containers. We provide in home services for things such and preparing a room to get floors redone etc. We do full office moves and business moves.
