They were extremely quick and efficient. Took care of my stuff and arrived on time. Would definitely recommend!

Originally had a move appt between 8-9am. Called the day before to confirm. Was told that they needed to move the show time to 9-10am. No problem. At 10am when no one showed, I called their office. No answer. Left a voicemail. Voicemail said to text them which I did. No response. Called about 7-8 times before someone answered the phone. Said he needed to call the owner and would get back to me. Already noon at this point. Didn’t hear back so I called about 3 more times before anyone answered. Was finally told that another crew was on the way and would be there around 2pm. Had already started loading the truck since we didn’t know if anyone was going to show up and we scheduled the unload for the next day. Movers loaded the remaining items in about an hour and a half (paid for 2 hours). They offered me a 15 percent discount which wasn’t enough but didn’t have time to argue as we had an 11 hour trip ahead of us. Drove all night and arrived at my destination at 330am. Unreliable in my opinion.

Jeff and Scott from Them Movers were phenomenal! They were courteous, on time, and so helpful. They worked quickly, carefully, and kept us in the time frame we had planned. They showed up ready to go, were friendly, and even had fun driving my father-in-law’s scooter on to the moving truck! We highly recommend Them Movers and were so appreciative of Jeff and Scott! What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
A phone call prior to arrival. Fast and efficient movers!!
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Pack any boxes needed prepared. We do assembly and disassembly. If everything is disassembled it will take less time to load trucks and containers. Buy or rent moving blankets.
What types of moves have you handled?
We handle personal moves into trucks, storage and shipping containers. We provide in home services for things such and preparing a room to get floors redone etc. We do full office moves and business moves.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
We get to help others!! We make someone's life a bit easier.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We keep crew leads on site to reassure everyone knows instruction and conduct everything properly.
