Moving is sooooo stressful but Tim and Ian were amazing and made our POD Packing day seamless. Not only were they extremely friendly and very professional, their knowledge, skill and expertise made the packing portion of moving enjoyable. We highly recommend Tim and Ian for your next move.

Overall it was a pretty good experience. I had 2 helpers come in to help with my move for 1bed/1bathroom (loading). They were both late (1h and the other one 1.5h) but the first helper (Romeo) did calm in advance to let me know he was going to be late but that his colleague would likely be there sooner (which did not happen). Romeo went above and beyond and was very knowledgeable, prepared for the job as well as very kind. He is definitely the reason why I am giving the review 4 stars. He was crazy efficient, did about half the job by himself. Ian came in later, he was younger and learning more about the job so rightfully he needed more guidance. They both were respectful of the boxes/stuff and helped us out with packing the TV, some glass items as well as the mattress. I would use Them Movers again.

I chose Them Movers due to their almost 5 star review, however, was not satisfied with their service.
They showed up late - and once they did show up, 50% of our items were already packed by ourselves. One worker needed a lot of direction / push to get items moved.
I do want to shout out Romeo and Trevor - they worked well together and communicated effectively.

the workers were lazy overall, took 3 breaks in a 3 hr job on my time and money. When they were not being watched they just put boxes and tubs that were clearly marked in which room they went to anywhere there was room, i called theme movers 3x to come take care of it and no one showed up to take care of the problem when i was told that someone out be there to correct their mistake. i gave them a $200 tip which i could kick myself for doing so especially when the job that was performed by them was far from being.completed correctly, if i could give them a minus rating i would. Worst of all i called simply movers and told you of the problem that we had with the loaders and unloaders and nothing has been done.

Romeo and Ian were the best. They were on time, easy to communicate with, efficient, pleasant and did an amazing job packing a LOT into our Pods container. Totally professional. Highly recommend.

A phone call prior to arrival. Fast and efficient movers!!
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Pack any boxes needed prepared. We do assembly and disassembly. If everything is disassembled it will take less time to load trucks and containers. Buy or rent moving blankets.
What types of moves have you handled?
We handle personal moves into trucks, storage and shipping containers. We provide in home services for things such and preparing a room to get floors redone etc. We do full office moves and business moves.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
We get to help others!! We make someone's life a bit easier.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We keep crew leads on site to reassure everyone knows instruction and conduct everything properly.
