First I was quoted a 8-9 am moving slot based on my truck availability by booking but when I spoke to the movers it was 9-10am time slot even though my paperwork said otherwise. Now it’s cutting into my allotted time. The movers arrive but locked their keys in their car. I understand accidents happen but don’t use the time I hired you for to get your key problem solved. By the way where is my bat? I didn’t get it back! We could have rode in the Uhaul or my car ! The key retrieval could have waited. Then I’m finding out I have to help the helpers because so much time has passed in my PAID time! The packing of the truck was a hot mess! No origination. I HAD TO ORGANIZE IT MYSELF! Towards the end I had to literally stuff items in the truck because 2 hours had past! Now Im worried about the extra time I would have to PAY! But unfortunately I was NOT able to get all of my items on the truck. I had to throw away two bookshelves because they were mishandled…I purposefully wrapped protective plastic over my couch so it wouldn’t get dirty…well not only was it off my couch it is dirty! Like REFUND MAYBE!! This experience was a nightmare! Why did I hire anyone?! Never again.

Austin and Josh were great! The whole process was very smooth and they were so efficient, but still took good care of our items! Would highly recommend! They didn’t get deterred by some rough weather and were troopers throughout and never complained or let it slow them down!
