Once the loading of the POD was about completed and 2 items were left, I was informed that the last 2 items were over 300 Lbs and that I would need to spend 200$ for each item to be brought down. I’m 65 and I could tilt both items off the ground with ease. Hard to believe they were > 300 Lbs, but who has a scale? At that point however, you’re captive and need all items to be moved out. So I paid it, but that was a hack and it left a bad taste.

We were impressed with the service provided today. Our team was thorough and very professional. We had one small glimpse in the POD packing process and it was immediately discussed and instructions for haw to handle the situation was communicated to us. The 4 men today were efficient and worked very hard to ensure that all our moving needs were met. Thank you for the outstanding service and we look forward to seeing your team again in a few weeks!

Timmy and Scott were amazing! Happy, friendly, fast! I got them for six hours and they did it all by themselves and four! And everything fit in the truck and we’re just wonderful. Definitely gonna give them a call again next time. Cannot recommend enough!
