The helpers to unload furniture and heavy boxes out of a full 8x8x16' moving container and into a new home were absolutely terrific. They listened well, treated everything with respect, and took great care not to whack into walls and such. Some of these items were quite heavy, and I felt a sorry for the fact they did not arrive with any equipment (dolly, furniture mover, cart, etc.) ... just muscle. They were a half hour late, but finished in two hours.

The guys showed up at 10am. I made it very clear we needed someone at the moving location at 8 am. Moses assured me they would be there. When they showed up they had no hand trucks or any other moving tools. We moved down from a second level apartment up to a third level apartment about 300 yards down a sidewalk. When the guys showed up there were three guys. One more than I paid for. The only way to make this work in a 2 hour period was for us to use my truck and haul loads of boxes from one end to the other end of the apartment complex back and forth for two hours. I think there was poor communication between who I talked to and the actual movers. The three guys worked their butts off and after 2 hours of going up and down the stairs hand carrying everything their legs and arms were like jello. I give them a lot of credit for finishing the job. The job would have been much easier had they had the proper hand trucks.

Josh and his crew were amazing!
They packed up my 2649 sq ft, 3 bedroom home in record time! They also took special care in packing all of my breakables. Plus, all four crew members were very kind, clear communicators, and adapted swiftly when pivots needed to happen. There were several times when I asked a crew member where a specific box was, and they totally knew where it was. I mean, that’s magic!

The Good: They handled our belongings with care and followed our instructions perfectly. Nice gentlemen, very respectful.
The Bad: They showed up 1 hour and 40 minutes late. Additionally, I paid extra because we had one heavy object that they required I pay for a fourth mover. Then they showed up with three guys but didn't discount the price.
