Let me put it this way…. I’m VERY particular about how I like to take care of things, but Luis and team actually did MORE to protect our furnishings and valuables than even I expected! For example, the took the time to *individually* wrap each and every one of our 8 dining room chairs in plastic before loading them. Also, while I expected we could protect the front of our stainless steel refrigerator by simply sliding a mattress in front of it, these guys Took the extra step and protected the entire front of the refrigerator with a layer of cardboard before then wrapping everything in plastic to make sure it was Very, very well protected. Simply put, I could not recommend these guys more highly to friends or family! Thank you for a fantastic job!

The guys arrived on time. However, they had no idea what they were doing. We booked for a 2hr time slot and they were moving slow as snails. Each item they attempted to pick up, they acted like it was super heavy. They did not use our blankets and stuff to ensure our furniture did not sustain damage. My husband had to micromanage every thing they touched. One guy was dripping sweat up and down our Italian leather. They put the straps so hard on the couch and managed to have tiny holes in the leather. The movers on the opposite end to help us unload the truck noticed damages on our dresser and other areas. They did not even load the truck to maximize the space. They loaded it so they could only manage to get a few items and try to say the truck was full. We had to call the operations manager even came out and had to help but not much got done where we were satisfied. This is a terrible company indeed.

OMG!! I could not have asked for any two more hard working respectful and courteous men. They were on time and got right to work. They even helped me with taking the things I had packed in my car and bringing them to my apartment!!! They also put my bed back together as well! Andreas and his partner (I am sorry, I could not remember his name, only it began with an I) they were truely amazing men!!!

On 6/8/24 we had Leo & Guiermmo. They were on time & very efficient. They were hard working, up 2 flights of stairs NEVER complained. Would love them to show up on my next move...........On 6/9/24 we had Paco & Isreal show up. Again on time, worked together very efficiently & NEVER complained. I also would be absolutely at ease if they showed on another move sight. Definitely recommend this company & I will vouch for the above listed individuals. The company as a whole communicated throughout. No hidden add ons . They delivered everything they advertise. Keep it up.
