Hank and Percy were awesome! They worked fast, but paid attention to detail and were very aware of fragile items. They packed my belongings into a pod and were very good at utilizing all of the space. They really worked well as a team. I highly recommend them!

It's been almost two months since the move and it took this long to be able to write about this company, as I was so upset about the whole thing. First of all, I had to re-schedule the time of the help because of issues with the time to pick up the moving truck. Move Pros alleged that they didn't got a notice from Hire a Helper about the time exchanged. So I hired them for 2 hours and they only worked for 45 mins. The so called movers came on a landscaping truck, which tell me that they weren't professional movers. After I gave them instructions on how to load the furniture and goods, as 2/3rds of it was going into storage and 1/3rd into an apartment, they disregarded my instructions and loaded the truck in whichever way was easier for them.
I had already organized and set all boxes in groups and marked them on weather they would go in storage or to the duplex, wasted time.
On the meanwhile, I was cleaning the house and they placed goods and furniture in a caotic way inside the truck, that's the only way I can describe it. Needless to say, after a 9 hrs drive, when I arrived at my new destination, entertainment center tower doors were broken, glass shelves broken and 2 tv's screens were smashed and I had a difficult time to unload as I hired another people to unload and wasted most of their time on the clock sorting things inside the truck, rather than unloading.
I got photos of all damages and will never recommend that moving company. In fact, don't know how they are in business.
