Sorry about PackRat screw-up. Supposed to ship all the way to Ketchikan, they changed up and would only go to Seattle! No good, CANCELLED Service with them. Cest La Vie!

My movers were Outstanding & extremely efficient and very professional in their work ethics!! They were patient and answered my every concerns. Took great care of my wooden floors even on this misty morning!! They made miracles fitting everything in nicely packed and safely. Courteous and went far and beyond to help me with the bulky furniture!! I was nervous about that but they handled it like pros!! Thank you for hiring wonderful people like ALEX and Vic!!! When 2 men arrived they both seemed ready to work and also seemed very good at what they do. However, as things progressed, Christian seemed very unmotivated. Kept saying things like,"that is too heavy, we will need to call more people in to get that,." (outdoor kitchen) This is too heavy, you need to take out all the drawers so that I can get it." So my husband and I did, even on the dresser that had all empty drawers. Then I asked if we were going to put them back in to transport. Christian, " no, I have wrapped them all in plastic and there is no room in the truck." Also, when they first arrived I asked Christian if they would mind doing a 5th hour, he said no problem. However, when we got to the new house I had notice a small scratch on the wall and mentioned it to my husband. Well Christian overheard it and instantly went into defense mode. Then he got the other guy, (who was absolutely superb!!!) and asked him, he too denied it, I said it was a freshly painted wall so it had to be one of them... Again Christian got extremely defensive and walked outside. So I could see he was upset and realized it truly was not a big deal, AND nowhere along the way had I or my husband said we were going to turn it in, NOT ONCE! So I yelled out to Christian who was on the phone at his truck and said, we will not be turning this in, it is minor and things happen. It is no big deal. He just gave me a dirty look. Then about 10min later he walked in and said they were leaving after they finished unloading truck. I said, "we booked you guys for 4 hours and you said you would do and extra hour for us???" But Christian went into a frenzy and insisted that they were done. Sooooo, I went into panic mode!!!! Long story short, he was mad and was dumping us, I did book 4 hours and he did say he would do a 5th. They ended up staying, however, progress was much slower the next 3 hours. It caused me terrible stress and unneeded anguish. Christian acted very unprofessional and I would not recommend him again. Other guy though was wonderful, hard working, never complained and moved 3 times more than Christian did.

The workers had difficulty finding our residence due to it being a new development, but they were courteous to call and state they were going to be late and to verify our location. On arrival, the workers got right to work and did a great job unloading the rental truck. They were careful not to cause any damage to the home or property. I would utilize them again in the future.
