80% of my stuff was already loaded high and tight in the truck before they arrived, thanks to some co-workers and friends helping me the day before. I asked the movers to help me load the rest, and to also keep it high and tight. They did a sloppy job. The first 80% of our 4 bedroom home was packed tight in 18 linear feet on the truck. These guys stair stepped the rest of the things so poorly I couldn’t even fit it all in— and left without helping me fix it. They left before the 2 hour mark I had paid for. I had to unpack about half of what they did and re-pack it to finish the job. I will not be using Hire A Helper on the other end of my move to help unload.

I received a call the morning of move day to let me know they where 20 minutes away. They were on time, actually about 10 mins early and showed up with the requested equipment. Once I showed them everything going, they got to work. I had 3 guys who where great workers. It's really hard to estimate how much time is needed for a move. But that wasn't a problem because I was able to keep the guys an extra 2 hours to complete the job. I would hire this company again.

Michael, Shaun, & Jordan did a fantastic job. They quickly surveyed our goods and make the best loading decisions. I specifically hired Move Pros based on the recommendation from PODs and it paid off. No way we would have been able to handle this on our own. I highly recommend move pros to any one and will use them again once we reach our final destination. Showed up on time and worked hard throughout the day. Very respectful towards my wife and I. They arrived on schedule and were clearly ready to jump in and begin the heavy-lifting work. It was clear, as we approached the 2-hour mark that the job was going to take much longer. The job turned into a 7-hour assignment! Despite this long day, they never complained about the heavy lifting, and a few times suggested I could stand back and manage. I look forward to working with them both again.
